These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bk98 platform and its users. bk98 is an online betting and casino service platform offering cricket betting, slots, live casino, lottery, and more for Bangladeshi users.

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the bk98 website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has created an account on the bk98 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered on the bk98 platform.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a game or sports event on the platform.
• "Taka / ৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

By registering on or using bk98's services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the bk98 platform. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Opening an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• bk98 reserves the right to initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time.
• Failure to provide the required documents (national ID, passport, etc.) may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bk98 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the bk98 support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or networks.

bk98 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or any other means. Any such request may be fraudulent.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the bk98 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• All deposits are processed through secure SSL encryption.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance is generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• bk98 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal amounts will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on bk98 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus combined).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the winnings portion becomes withdrawable once the wagering requirements are met.
• bk98 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, bk98 may forfeit the bonus.
• Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is provided at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.

All betting and gaming activities on the bk98 platform are governed by the following rules:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• All bets are considered valid only after electronic confirmation.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, bk98 reserves the right to void it.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports, please note the following:

• If an event is cancelled or has no result, the bet is considered void.
• Match results are determined based on the official announcement by the relevant authority.
• If match-fixing or artificial manipulation of a result is suspected, bk98 may suspend or void all bets on that event.

6.3 Casino & Slots Games

• All casino games are operated on fair and transparent algorithms.
• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently verifiable.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, bk98 will settle it according to its records.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk98 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits fraudulently (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts.
• Attempting hacking, spreading viruses, or carrying out cyber attacks.
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff.
• Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to bet or play games.

bk98 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• In the case of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• To comply with legal directives or orders from a regulatory authority.
• If a self-exclusion request is made as part of responsible gaming services.

The balance may be held while the account is under investigation before the reason for suspension is explained. If the investigation concludes without any finding, the balance will be returned. You may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure.
